Going in to week 3, I was a little discouraged to be honest. The weight has been steadily dropping away, but I felt like I wasn’t getting any substantial physical change. Then this happened.
Discouragement, begone. It’s a small start, but I am pretty happy with what 2 killer weeks can do.
I wonder how much less I would weigh after a haircut….

So close. Made it to 50 seconds on the first acceleration, and stayed above 40 on all the others. I’ll hit that minute mark by the end of the week.

This week’s going to be a bit messed up because I’m leaving for a camping trip this Friday and won’t be able to get a full 6 days in. Have no fear, though. I’m just gonna double up routines on Wednesday and Thursday to make sure I don’t actually miss any days.
Will it kill me? Probably. Will it be worth it? Definitely.
